Jewelry ash

Last time, I bought 2 boxes of Jewelry ash.. it's been around 1 year and a half, so I was afraid to use it as I didn't know the expiration date... I did so many researches on the Internet that I found some posts of girls saying that they hair turned green... so scary xD. I plucked up courage, and I did it! And good news! It's not green *__*, I'm so relieved. I really needed to hide my horrible roots... Sure, the result is still different compared to the box, but I like it, and it's still an easy way for me to change my dark natural hair color. At the same time, I've changed my nail art for something simple, because, as I said in one of my previous entry, I'm gonna look for a job. I don't want to make my potential employers run away from me because of strange nails x).

Let's talk about food now ^_^. My hometown is very close to Belgium. I was surprised to see that Mc Donald's menus are different. For example you can't order "potatoes" only french fries. And I ate the best dessert "Parfait". In France we only have Mc Fleury & Sunday... I don't know about the name used in your country. But the "Parfait" was amazing *_*.

Back to Paris, we have celebrated Korea at Uni with a special day dedicated to this country. I couldn't attend this event because I had to go to class, but I had the chance to try a famous dessert 경단 made with kidney bean. I really have to find it in the asian area of Paris *_*. One of the best thing I've ever eaten x).

Growing up

Indeed, it's been a while. Truth is... I've broken my laptop, well I mean because of a virus u_u so I had to save money to get a new one as I'm still a poor student xD. Wow, I was so unhappy without my computer! It's like a drug... So, this is my new baby *_*, I sleep with him, I.... I'm still looking for a name... just kidding of course x). But, to be honnest, several weeks without my computer has allowed me to work harder for Uni ;p. Sometimes, at the week end, I tried to blog from my boyfriend's laptop about a parcel that I've received from my japanese host family, and , I've also been tagged by Bunny, but I couldn't answer... sorry >_<.

As I had to save money to buy a new computer, I couldn't go back to my hometown as often as I used to, it was so difficult for me. Besides, my mum is my nail artist (because, no I'm not patient enough to do nail art) so I had to keep the "february nail art" during 2 months x_x it turned horrible. Finally, I came back home last week end... and... tadaaaaaa. Ok, it's not a secret anymore, you I know that I love black color, so I really enjoy this nail art style *_* thanks mummy, you are the best <3. 

I think it's gonna be my last extravagant nail art, because some things are going to change. My dad is selling our flat (Paris), so I'm gonna be homeless x). To be honnest, I have planned to go to Uni during 3 years, and right now, it's my second year. But, as my dad is living the town, I will have no choice but to get a job and to stop University. Fortunately, I have a great boyfriend who allows me to stay over.

Some of you, could think "lucky you" "you must be so excited" but actually, I think it's scary. Lately I've realised that I've grown up so fast... I'm realizing how short life is, we really should enjoy each seconds. I'm gonna be 23 in August, so yeah, I'm an adult now, for real... as I'm a student, I don't know why, but I used to regard myself as a teenager x). Joining the "working world" is scary... I'm over thinking everything these days, my brain is melting, and I'm feeling so nervous... maybe it's time for me to start yoga class xD.

February Nail Art

Long time no see bloggies! My computer is devastated by virus so I can't update my blog often... **sad**. How are you doing? Lately, the weather is so cold in France around -10°C x__x so hard to find motivation to get out ofmy  bed in the morning xD. I spend a lot of time playing Zelda Skyward Sword, Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7 and Final Fantasy XIII-2 such a geek lol.

Here is my last nail art ^_^. In my next update I will talk about a parcel that I received from Japan from my host family.

October Nail Art

Hello bloggies! How are you doing? Here is my new nail art style. Nothing about Halloween lol, just 2 shades of purple which is one of my favourite color. I'm so busy lately, I try to read all your posts but it's really difficult. I'm back to Uni, and this second year of japanese course is going to be so intense. I'm already exhausted after a week...

September Nail Art (2)

If you read my last "Nail Art post" you saw that I used very big strass... I lost them one by one, so my nail art turned horrible xD. That's why I already have new nails. Only two fingers are decorated again because usually I'm not very fan of glitters. Two is enough. Oh yes... by the way, do you see red marks on my nails? Last time I forgot to put a base... Really, if you don't want your nails to absorb the color of your gel or nail polish, don't forget to use a base... remover can't do anything for me.

Pour mon dernier Nail Art (le rouge d'Ayu), j'avais mis de gros strass. Ils sont tombés un par un, au finale, c'était devenu affreux. C'est pourquoi j'ai déjà tout enlevé pour faire place à un nouveau modèle. Seulement deux doigts de décorer parce qu'en règle générale, je ne suis pas fan de paillettes... deux c'est assez! Ah oui... vous voyez les tâches rouges sur mes ongles? La dernière fois, on a oublié d'utiliser une base avant de mettre le rouge... si vous ne voulez pas que vos ongles absorbent la couleur de votre gel, vernis, n'oubliez pas d'utiliser une base, c'est important. Le dissolvant ne peut rien pour moi.

September Nail Art

Totally different from my "August Nail Art", I saw this one in Ayumi Hamasaki's PV : crossroad. Sur, it's VERY red but I like this color. I'm still on holiday for a month so, I'm allowed to wear flashy nails ;). For me, Ayu is the "queen" of nail art ;). Namie Amuro has also beautiful nails, maybe next month ^_^ (black with strippers *_*).

Complètement différent de mon nail art du mois dernier, j'ai vu celui-ci dans un clip d'Ayumi Hamasaki : crossroad. C'est clair, c'est SUPER rouge, mais j'adore cette couleur. Je suis encore en vacances pendant un mois donc je peux me permettre un nail art flashy. Pour moi, Ayu est la "reine" du Nail Art ;). Namie Amuro a aussi de très jolis ongles, peut être le mois prochain ^_^ (noir avec des strippers).

August Nail Art

I'm a little in advance, but on Sunday I'm going to Morocco for a week, so I won't be able to update my blog. Sun is finally coming back in France, it's nice. Rainy days during summer... it's really sad :/. Anyway, this time I've just decorated two fingers, just like if I had jewels on my nails and actually I didin't know what to do x).

Je suis un peu en avance, mais je vais partir au Maroc une petite semaine donc je ne pourrai pas mettre mon blog à jour pendant ce temps. Le soleil pointe enfin le bout de son nez, c'est agréable, la pluie en été c'est carrément triste :/. Enfin bon, cette fois j'ai juste décoré deux de mes ongles, un effet bijoux... il faut avouer aussi que je ne savais pas trop quoi faire x).

July Nail Art

Monthly Nail Art is back on my blog,  it's been a while! The last one was on April (the purple one). This time I wanted something golden. I think that my mind is already far away in Morroco, I'm so obsessed with gold color. **golden golden** **Arabian Nights** xD. So good to have beautiful nails, I missed you T__T.

De retour avec mes histoires de Nail Art après une petite pause, ça faisait longtemps. Le dernier remontait au mois d'avril. Cette fois j'avais envie de quelque chose de doré. Je pense que mon esprit est déjà au Maroc, Mille et Une Nuits et compagnie, pour être autant à fond sur le doré xD. Rien de tel que d'avoir de jolies mains, ça m'avait manqué T__T.



Color Club - Fashion Addict

As you can see, there is no more "Monthly Nail Art". Doing Nail Art is my mother's job (so convenient ^_^). But I don't live with her anymore as I have to study in Paris. And sometimes because of exams for example, I can't come back at my mum's place once a month, so I've decided to have a break with it. Maybe during my summer holiday ^__^. So recentely, I paint my nails. I've made a huge order of nail polish because I wanted to try some brands such as ORLY, Color Club, China Glaze, Sephora...

Comme vous l'avez constaté, il n'y a plus de "Monthly Nail Art". Comme je ne vis plus avec ma mère par rapport à mes études, et que c'est elle qui s'occupe de ça (c'est son métier), c'est assez diffficile de rentrer toutes les 3 semaines pour refaire mes ongles, surtout en période d'examens, du coup je fais une pause. Peut-être que je reprendrai pendant les grandes vacances. Du coup j'utilise du vernis maintenant, j'ai d'ailleurs passé une énorme commande pour tester plein de marques.

Let's start with Color Club n.859 "Fashion Addict". This one is amazing! It is so spangled! You can get several reflection colors thanks to the sun. I really like it!

On commence avec la marque Color Club "Fashion Addict" n° 859. Celui-ci est génial, tellement de reflets avec le soleil, je l'adore.

Here are some tips when you paint your nail it's better to use a base at first to protect your nail and if you like to change your nail color every weeks, sometimes your nails can absorb the color of your nail polish... not beautiful at all... I use a simple base by Nivea.

Petites astuces quand vous mettez du vernis. Il vaut mieux utiliser une base avant d'appliquer votre vernis, pour protéger votre ongle, surtout si vous changez souvent de couleur comme moi. Parfois l'ongle peut absorber la couleur... pas glop du tout. J'utilise un simple base Nivéa.

And my new best friend the Dry Fast Top Coat! Or "Sèche Vite" for french readers. Once you're done with your first hand, apply the dry fast top coat before starting your second hand. It's so efficient! No need to be patient anymore, I can answer the phone without being afraid of ruining my fresh nail polish. I should add that your nail polish will last longer and will be more shiny!

Et mon nouveau meilleur ami: le Sèche Vite. Une fois que vous avez terminé votre première main, vous appliquez le Sèche Vite, plus besoin d'attendre "des heures" avant de commencer la seconde, ni d'avoir peur d'abîmer votre vernis tout juste posé en répondant au téléphone ou autre. En plus, ça permet de garder le vernis plus longtemps sans qu'il ne s'écaille et fait incroyablement resortir la couleur de votre vernis!

April Nail Art

I think I'm gonna wait for my summer holiday to update my blog xD. I really don't have enough time to write here... I just post monthly pictures of my nail art x). Anyway this is my new one. I love purple, it's been a while. I always use black or brown colors... sometimes red.

Je pense que je vais attendre les grandes vacances pour mettre à jour mon blog à ce rythme. J'ai vraiment pas assez de temps pour m'en occuper... Bon le Nail Art du mois. J'adore le violet, ça faisait longtemps. En général j'utilise du marron, du noir... un peu de rouge aussi.

March Nail Art 2

It's so nice to feel the sun on my skin *__* lol sorry, sorry, I'm so happy that Spring is finally here. Hum, I know recenty I only talk about nail art, but again... I'm soooo busy x__x. Kanji exam on Saturday, and I'm not ready at all. I've already changed my nail art because I broke some of my nails again u_u. Black french with little pearls.

Trop agréable de sentir la chaleur du soleil *__* lol pardon un peu HS mais trop contente que le Printemps soit de retour! Je sais en ce moment je ne fais que parler de mes ongles mais encore une fois... je suis super occupée T__T. Examen de Kanji samedi, et je suis super en retard. J'ai déjà changé de motif de nail art parce que j'ai cassé mes ongles... Une french noire avec des mini perles.

March Nail Art

Wow I'm so busy these days. My little brother is back in Paris for his holiday so I spend a lot of time with him... and of course as usual, University stuffs. My nail art of the month, looking at my nails, they look like ladybirds now lol, but it's ok, spring is coming back, I can feel it! The weather is so nice these days *_* makes me feel happier. No konad stamps this time, a simple red french with a black line and strasses. I'm in late concerning comments etc., promise I'm gonna visit your blogs asap!

Encore et toujours occupée... Mon petit frère est de retour sur Paname pour ses vacances donc je passe pas mal de temps avec lui, et bien sûr les cours, les exams et compagnie. Donc le Nail Art du mois, bin il ressemble à des coccinelles lol mais ça me va, le Printemps arrive, je le sens! Il fait vraiment bon en ce moment, ça me rend heureuse! Pas de stamping Konad cette fois, une simple french rouge avec une ligne blanche et des petits strass. Je sais que je suis super en retard niveau visites de blog, mais promis je vais me rattraper le plus vite possible!

February Nail Art (2)

Last time, we used nail polishes, not gel, so I couldn't keep the same nail art during a month... around 2 weeks. That's why I'm adding a second nail art style on my blog for February. I also broke all my nails T__T that's why they are shorter than ususal... Again Konad stamping. The deep blue nail polish that we used is a very bad brand, soooo long to dry etc. so we are gonna buy better products such as O.P.I, Orly, China Glaze and Color Club! Can't wait to try their amazing colors!

February Nail Art

Usually I don't use nail polishs but this time I tried them (Konad brand) with "stamping". The result is not that bad but I don't know, I'm not "fan". I don't like the texture of top coat  neither x), I feel so weird lol. Concerning 30 Days blog challenge... well I think I'm gonna fail xD.

January Nail Art

Still lazy, my nail art of January is very simple : gold (because I wanted something festal to celebrate New Year) with black lines are and a little strass. At the beginning strasses were rather orange/gold but now we can't really see the right color anymore.

December Nail Art

Well, I'm supposed to be at University right now but because of snow, no bus/train. Every years we know that during December snow falls but we are never ready to face it... Anyway, I wanted to take a beautiful picture with snow etc. for this "winter nail art" but it's so cold ans snow really upsets me, I'm not brave enough to go outside just to get a beautiful picture lol, sorry sorry! (it's too dark :/)

November Nail Art

Just a little update to introduce you my nail art of November, more dark than usual, but maybe some of you know that I prefer this kind of color hehe. To be honest I was inspired by Ayumi Hamasaki's nail art (but less strass than hers),I saw it in "Sweet" magazine (septembrer 2009).

Fiou fiou fiou, I'm in late... Actually I have this "nail art" since a week, maybe more, but I reallly don't have time these days to update my blog and to talk about my nails and such things xD. Japanese is "killing" my free time lol and I should add that my wireless doesn't work properly... I'm so sad without the Internet. Anyway, as you can see, I'm getting lazy concerning Nail Art lol, I did again something simple, this time, I didn't wanted to wait during 2 hours or more... maybe next month ^__^. Autumn/fall here I come! Hum... maybe I've filed too much my nails, I think they look shorter than usual... Anyway I asked for autumn color : brown chocolate and caramel with golden glitters. Haa summer I aready miss you...

Summer Nail Art

I'm a little Geek Girl but I also like girls things ;p. As I've deleted all my blog, there is no more Nail Art. I'm gonna post my nails during June/July/August.

Sorry, bad quality, this picture was taken with my cellphone so... Anyway this was during June, I really wanted a RED "french". I thought red was already very flashy so I asked just some strass, looked like jewels, it was very cute.

Better quality isn't it? ;p. July Nail Art. Actually, I wanted something very special to go to Japan as Japan is THE COUNTRY for Nail Art. But I didn't have so much time to do it, you know packing suitcases etc -__- a real nightmare! Simple french, with several strass white and pink (several size) with a spangled line.

Again something simple for August. I'm on holiday but very busy xD so this time just stickers lace effect. These stickers come from Japan, a little souvenir ;).
